Editing images:-

Suggested sizes for

  • avatars 97×97 pixels for avatars
  • adding images to blog posts 500 x375 pixels,

Pearls of wisdom from @Peggy George

  1. you really need to convert your photos and not just change the extension.
  2. I always save my images large because they can always be downsized but you can’t upsize them and keep the quality
  3. many sites limit you to 40k for uploading

@SueWyatt I set the camera to standard size which will print at a half A4 page or postcard size
