Over the last four years, I have worked as a Virtual Conference Coach, coaching others in the use of Blackboard Collaborate and more recently skype, MS Lync and the use of Polycom Video Conferencing Equipment for Digital Learning, DEECD.
For 15 weeks of semester one, 2011, I will be working as a Web Conference Coach for Innovations and Next Practice, Victorian Department Education.
